Description: The Rezha Macedonian Chilli is a unique heirloom pepper with prominent tan lines across its flesh, resembling intricate corking. This variety has been grown in Macedonia for over 100 years but is relatively new to the rest of the world. The peppers ripen from green to a brilliant red and measure approximately 10–17 cm in length. When dried, they emit an amazing aroma, and their heat level increases. Fresh, they are very sweet with a light apple flavour. Use them in salads or create a delicious chilli relish.
