Ingredients:

• 2 ripe mangoes, diced
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 Carolina Reaper Chilli (handle with care!), minced
• Juice of 2 fresh limes
• A handful of fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
• A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Dice and Mix:
   • Begin by dicing the ripe mangoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
   • Finely chop the red onion and mince the Carolina Reaper Chilli (remember to wear gloves).
   • Combine the mangoes, red onion, and Reaper Chilli in a mixing bowl.
2. Add Zesty Flavour:
   • Squeeze the juice of two fresh limes over the mango mixture. The citrusy tang will enhance the flavours.
   • Sprinkle a handful of freshly chopped cilantro (coriander) on top.
3. Season to Perfection:
   • Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness of the mangoes and the heat of the Reaper Chilli.
