It was created by Our good friend and master grower Avinash Gune and it has been our greatest privilege to not only grow out this stunning cultivar over the last 5 years but also our deep honour to be able to offer it to the South African pepper grower. The flavour profile includes earthy and smokey notes, making it a delightful addition to various dishes.
