Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the diced peaches, chopped sweet onion, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and sea salt.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
